Daanyaal Bandukwala is the Founder and Managing Director of Next Vision Healthcare Consulting, Next Vision Group, INK Global, and INK Americas, advising pharmaceutical organizations on commercialization strategy, patient access, specialty pharmacy, and trade and distribution.
With experience spanning sales, market access, patient support programs, and distribution, Daanyaal works across the full commercialization lifecycle to support product launches and optimize performance in complex healthcare environments. He has worked with pharmaceutical manufacturers across Canada and internationally, with expertise spanning ophthalmology, oncology, rare disease, and specialty medicine.
A frequent speaker and advisor, he leads strategic engagements and executive discussions globally across the industry, with a focus on building scalable access models, strengthening program oversight, and driving measurable outcomes in pharmaceutical commercialization.

Nicole Serena is a global pharmaceutical strategist with more than 30 years of industry experience. She is the CEO of PSP Solutions Inc. and Founder & Managing Director of INK Global™ and INK Americas, advising pharmaceutical companies on patient access strategy, specialty pharmacy networks, and the design and governance of Patient Support Programs.
Nicole has worked with more than 35 pharmaceutical manufacturers across Canada and globally, helping organizations strengthen access infrastructure and improve financial oversight of complex support programs. She is the creator of FAA$T™ Inc, a patented financial governance platform that enhances transparency, audit readiness, and financial accuracy within pharmaceutical programs.
